AA Art can lead to university transfer for BA in Art, Art History, or BFA in Communication Design, Studio Art, or Art w/Teaching Certificate. AA Art Students interested in these bachelor’s degrees must work with an advisor and/or Visual Arts Chair to determine transferrable course work.

First Year Summer Courses
The following courses can also be taken during any Fall or Spring Semester.
Second Year Fall Semester

16 week courses
- Choose any Studio Arts I course 3 credit hours 2
1st 8 week courses
- Choose any course in the Life or Physical Science Core 3 credit hours 2
- Choose any course in the Social or Behavioral Science Core 3 credit hours 2
2nd 8 week courses
- Choose any course in the Life or Physical Science Core 3 credit hours 2
Second Year Spring Semester

16 week courses
- Choose a 2nd Studio Arts I course 3 credit hours 2
- Studio Arts II or 3rd Studio Arts I course 3 credit hours 2
Second Year Summer Courses

Grand Total Hours: 60
1 Must successfully complete the course in order to progress in the AA Art degree.
2 Meet with an academic advisor or Visual Arts Chair to discuss preferred core and degree requirements for your transfer university and for university specific transfer classes.
3 Come talk to an advisor about your Temple College graduation and your university transfer plans.
FY = Course will be offered on a continuous basis so that a student can take the course in any fall or spring semester.
