Includes time/cost tradeoffs, resource utilization, stochastic considerations, task determination, time management, scheduling management, status reports, budget management, customer service, professional attitude, and project supervision.
Measurable Learning Outcomes:
Identify project tasks; sequence project activities; estimate the duration of project activities; identify interdependencies; and demonstrate means to coordinate change across a project.
