A management course in contract documents, safety, planning, scheduling, production control, law and labor issues. Topics include contracts, planning, cost and production peripheral documents, and cost and work analysis.
Additional Fees: $30 lab fee for consumables
Measurable Learning Outcomes:
Develop skills in construction contract documents, planning and scheduling, and cost and production controls; explain the legal implications related to construction projects; and plan, schedule and document a construction project including the use of sustainable rating systems.
