CNBT 1359 - Project Scheduling

A study of conventional scheduling using critical-path-method, precedence networks, bar charts, monthly reports, and fast-track scheduling.
Additional Fees: $30 lab fee for consumables
Measurable Learning Outcomes:
Prepare flow chart diagrams using the precedence networks; utilize the “forward pass” and “back pass” in-scheduling procedures; construct bar charts; and calculate critical paths in scheduling.
