Health Science - Associate of Science

AS HthSci degree can lead to university transfer for a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, Public Health, Health Science, or Health and Wellness.  AS Health Science is also ideal for students interested in applying for dental hygiene, diagnostic medical sonography, respiratory care, and surgical technology programs.  AS Health Science students interested in a bachelor’s degree must work with an academic advisor to determine transferrable coursework.

Students following this degree plan will be required to pass Computer Competency Exam in order to graduate.

1 Must successfully complete course in order to progress in the AS Health Science degree.

3 Recommended for DMSO applicants.

4 Recommended for Surgical Technology applicants.

FY = Course will be offered on a continuous basis so that a student can take the course in any fall or spring semester.
