AA General Studies can lead to university transfer for Bachelor of Arts in General Studies. AA General Studies is also appropriate for students who are unsure of which academic path to follow or those that would like to apply to a Temple College health professions program. AA General Studies students must work with an academic advisor to determine transferrable courses.

First Semester
Meet with an academic advisor to obtain copy of transfer university degree plan and to determine G.P.A. needed to transfer to university.
Semester Credit Hours: 15
Second Semester
Schedule a campus tour with transfer university.
- ENGL 1302 - Composition II 3 credit hours.
- HIST 1302 - United States History II 3 credit hours. 1
- Elective - Choose from Creative Arts core 3 credit hours.**
- Elective - Choose from Language, Phil. & Culture/Creative Arts Core 3 credit hours.**
- Elective - Choose from Social & Behavioral Science core 3 credit hours.**
Semester Credit Hours: 15
Third Semester
Confirm courses for completion of AA degree by meeting with an academic advisor.
Start applying for admission to transfer university, and send first official transcript to transfer university.
- GOVT 2305 - Federal Government (Federal Constitution and Topics) 3 credit hours. 1
- Elective - Choose from Life & Physical Sciences core 3 credit hours.**
- Elective Course Option - Speak with an advisor 3 credit hours.**

Fourth Semester
Apply for graduation for AA General Studies.
Confirm admission to transfer university, and send final official transcript to transfer university at end of semester.
