Criminal Justice - Associate of Arts

The Associate of Arts degree represents the first two years of college study towards a bachelor’s degree. The Temple College core curriculum is fully transferable to any public college or university and is guaranteed by the Texas State Legislature to meet all lower division core requirements of the receiving institution.

1 Must successfully complete the course in order to progress in the AA Criminal Justice degree.

2 Meet with an academic advisor or department chair for university specific transfer course.

3 Speak with an advisor about your Temple College graduation and your university transfer plans.

FY= Course will be offered on a continuous basis so that a student can take the course in any fall or spring

Transfer Outlook

The Criminal Justice (CRIJ) program is designed to assist students in earning knowledge and a degree in the fields of law enforcement, probation, parole, corrections, and criminal justice. Within the program, students have the options of seeking an Occupational Skills Award, and an AAS degree.  Students are encouraged to contact the Department Chair of CRIJ.
