The Associate of Arts degree represents the first two years of college study towards a bachelor’s degree. The Temple College core curriculum is fully transferable to any public college or university and is guaranteed by the Texas State Legislature to meet all lower division core requirements of the receiving institution.

- Choose from Life and Physical Sciences core 3 credit hours.**
- GOVT 2306 - Texas Government (Texas Constitution and Topics) 3 credit hours.
- Choose from Language, Philosophy & Culture core 3 credit hours.**
- Elective - Choose from Criminal Justice Electives 3 credit hours.**
- Choose from Creative Arts core 3 credit hours.1
Grand Total Hours: 60
*Students following this degree plan will be required to pass Computer Competency Exam in order to graduate.
